Enterprise Risk Management & Business Continuity Specialist / Executive

About the role

LC Waikiki, a global fashion retailer with more than 1,300 stores across 63 countries, is looking for an Enterprise Risk Management and Business Continuity Specialist / Executive. The role develops and implements the enterprise-wide risk approach, supports business continuity and crisis management, and works closely with business units and senior management.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and ensure the effective implementation of the Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) approach across the organization
• Assess critical and emerging risks and monitor them through Key Risk Indicators (KRIs)
• Provide senior management with a risk perspective and decision support for strategy, investments and transformation
• Use data analytics, digital tools and automation to make ERM more dynamic and forward-looking
• Strengthen risk culture and improve risk management maturity
• Work with business units so that significant risks and their mitigations are managed
• Coordinate business continuity, crisis management and disaster recovery with ERM
• Coordinate Business Impact Analysis and interdependency analysis for critical processes
• Support business continuity and recovery strategies, and oversee the readiness of continuity plans, including exercises and testing
• Evaluate lessons learned from disruptions and exercises to improve operational and enterprise resilience

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in Big4, management consulting, risk management in leading retail companies or global organizations
• Undergraduate or Master's degree in business administration, economics or engineering
• Hands-on experience in enterprise risk management; CRMA certification is an asset
• Strong analytical skills, comfortable with complex quantitative and qualitative data
• Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation and reporting skills in Turkish and English
• Team player, self-disciplined, able to travel in Turkey and abroad
