Enterprise Risk Management Specialist

About the role

Zorlu Holding is looking for an Enterprise Risk Management Specialist to join its Enterprise Risk Management function, which reports to the Zorlu Holding CEO and Risk Committee. The role supports the group's risk and business continuity governance.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in developing Enterprise Risk Management policies and procedures and promote a risk management culture across the Group
• Facilitate the identification and assessment of risks across Group companies and develop risk registers and risk maps
• Support the development and monitoring of Key Risk Indicators (KRIs) to spot emerging risks and changes in risk exposure
• Take part in developing risk responses and action plans, and regularly monitor and report their status
• Contribute to an effective reporting and information flow system for risk management
• Review and improve the Enterprise Risk Management mechanism and support the Group's Business Continuity Management framework
• Coordinate business impact analyses, business continuity plans and testing exercises across Group companies

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, Statistics or a related field
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Enterprise Risk Management, preferably in conglomerates, energy, consumer goods, mining, manufacturing or international audit/consulting firms
• Good understanding of COSO ERM, ISO 31000 and ISO 22301
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills, with advanced English

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
• Familiarity with data analytics, visualization tools, risk management software and AI productivity tools is an asset
