ERP Tech Lead - D365 F&O

About the role

LC Waikiki, a fashion retailer with more than 1,300 stores in 60 countries, is looking for a hands-on Tech Lead for its Digital Transformation and Information Technologies department. The role combines D365 F&O expertise across Finance, Trade, Logistics and Inventory Management with software engineering, solution architecture, AI and technical leadership. You will take end-to-end technical ownership of ERP products and solutions, guide engineering teams, contribute directly to development and drive technical excellence from design to production.

Key responsibilities

• Take end-to-end technical ownership of ERP products, including design, development, testing, deployment and production support.
• Guide technical architecture, engineering standards, solution quality, performance, security and maintainability.
• Contribute hands-on to development, complex solutions and problem solving, and evaluate feasibility, effort, dependencies, risks and technical debt.
• Lead solution design for D365 F&O Finance, Trade, Logistics and Inventory, translating business needs into scalable solutions, APIs, integrations, workflows and automation.
• Promote standard-first solutions and sustainable ERP architecture, and drive adoption of generative AI, AI agents, AI-assisted development and intelligent automation.
• Build and validate prototypes and proof-of-concepts while keeping enterprise security and quality standards.
• Mentor developers and consultants, guide Agile delivery, backlog refinement, technical planning and engineering quality, and collaborate with Product, Architecture, Development, Data, Integration and business teams.
• Ensure reliable delivery, testing, releases and production stability, and lead root-cause analysis and continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Management Information Systems or a related field.
• 8+ years of ERP experience, including at least 5 years with Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O / Dynamics AX.
• Strong understanding of Finance, Trade, Logistics, Inventory Management and end-to-end ERP processes.
• Experience in ERP implementation, transformation, solution design and enterprise integrations.
• Hands-on experience in software development, ERP customizations, integrations or automation.
• Experience leading technical discussions, mentoring engineers and driving engineering quality.
• Experience with AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Claude or ChatGPT.
• Familiarity with Agile, strong analytical, communication and stakeholder management skills, and strong English.
