Executive Assistant and Reporting Specialist

About the role

Fevup Brands is an e-export consortium bringing together local e-commerce brands and offering growth solutions in branding, digital marketing, data science, AI, supply chain and logistics, across fashion, home & living, cosmetics and outdoor categories. It is looking for an Executive Assistant and Reporting Specialist to work closely with its General Manager at the Istanbul Fashion Office.

Key responsibilities

• Organize the General Manager's daily workflow and manage their agenda
• Plan meetings, prepare materials, inform participants and ensure good time management
• Take detailed meeting notes, track decisions and action items and share them with stakeholders
• Monitor company-wide numerical metrics, KPIs and operational data, prepare regular reports and present them to the General Manager
• Analyze data using Excel, Power BI and similar tools
• Support internal departments when needed
• Manage the General Manager's internal and external correspondence and communication flow
• Represent the company professionally before senior guests, business partners and stakeholders
• Handle confidential processes in line with company policy

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Engineering, Business Administration or Economics
• At least 5 years of experience in executive assistance, analytical reporting or related roles
• Strong numerical skills, detail-oriented, highly organized and able to plan ahead
• Experience in roles requiring confidentiality, reliability and professionalism
• Ability to adapt to the fast-changing start-up ecosystem and to multitask
• Advanced proficiency in English
