Executive Assistant & HR Representative

About the role

The Executive Assistant & HR Representative provides high‑quality administrative support to the General Manager while ensuring smooth day‑to‑day HR operations. The role acts as a trusted liaison between senior leadership, employees, and external partners, handling confidential information with discretion.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the General Manager’s calendar, meetings, travel arrangements and prioritize changing business demands.
• Coordinate internal and external meetings, leadership events, conferences and company‑wide communications.
• Prepare briefing materials, track decisions and follow‑up actions from leadership discussions.
• Support HR processes including onboarding, transfers, off‑boarding, payroll data collection and benefits coordination.
• Maintain HR documentation, employee records, and ensure data quality in HR systems.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management or related field.
• Proven experience in executive assistance and/or HR operations, preferably supporting senior leaders.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Turkish.
• High level of discretion, attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities independently.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Experience using HR, collaboration and administrative systems.
