About the role

We are seeking a live‑in, English‑speaking Executive Personal Assistant & Companion to support a respected business family in Bodrum. The role blends traditional personal‑assistant duties with caring companionship for an elderly family member, ensuring a smooth daily routine and professional representation in social settings.

Key responsibilities

• Accompany the senior family member on daily walks and outings.
• Monitor medication schedules and ensure timely intake.
• Organise doctor’s appointments, travel arrangements and daily agenda.
• Handle general PA tasks such as correspondence, calendar management and administrative support.
• Represent the family with a polished, presentable demeanor at events and meetings.

Required profile

• Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
• Previous experience in caregiving or companionship, especially with elderly individuals.
• Neat, well‑groomed and presentable appearance.
• Warm, patient, trustworthy personality with strong attention to detail.
• Willingness to reside on‑site full‑time.
• Verifiable professional references.
