Experienced Clinical Research Associate – Sponsor Dedicated

About the role

IQVIA Turkey seeks a motivated Clinical Research Associate to join its Sponsor‑dedicated team. You will work across multiple therapeutic areas, gaining experience while contributing to high‑quality clinical trials.

Key responsibilities

• Perform site selection, initiation, monitoring and close‑out visits.
• Support development of subject recruitment plans.
• Evaluate site practices for compliance with GCP and ICH guidelines.
• Track regulatory submissions, recruitment, CRF completion and data query resolution.
• Collaborate with site experts and client representatives.

Required profile

• University degree in a scientific discipline or health care.
• Minimum 6 months on‑site monitoring experience.
• Experience in the pharma industry or clinical trials environment.
• Excellent command of Turkish and English.
• Organizational, time‑management and problem‑solving abilities.
• Valid Class B driver’s license and flexibility to travel.

Required skills

• Proficiency with MS Office.
• Strong computer literacy.
