Export Account Executive (English and Arabic)

About the role

Halıtlar Company, one of Turkey's largest exporters and a leader in the FMCG sector, is looking for an Export Account Manager to handle sales in the MENA region. The office is in the Esenler district of Istanbul. Candidates should be fluent in English and Arabic, familiar with customs clearance and experienced in sales.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain existing distributor and customer relationships, and identify new markets, distributors and customers.
• Expand the sales territory and build an alternative distributor and customer network.
• Analyze sales activity by distributor and customer, and monitor competitors' activities, taking appropriate action.
• Manage the process from order to shipment in coordination with other departments, and manage export processes while monitoring customs clearance.
• Prepare periodic sales reports and monitor accounts receivable.
• Carry out field, customer and distributor visits and support their activities.

Required profile

• Bachelor's or associate degree graduate.
• Fluent in English and Arabic, spoken and written.
• Knowledge of MENA market dynamics, consumer habits and local trade regulations.
• Strong planning, teamwork and organizational skills; highly mobile and able to represent the company.
• Experience in FMCG sales and in export business processes.
• No restrictions on domestic or international travel.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs.
• Analytical thinking, problem-solving and results orientation.
