Export Business Development Executive

About the role

We are looking for an Export Business Development Executive to expand our international footprint in the electrical sector. You will be responsible for developing new markets, managing export sales activities, and building long‑term partnerships with distributors and clients worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and grow relationships with existing export clients and distributors.
• Identify and acquire new countries, distributors, and customers.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis for target markets.
• Plan, attend, and follow up on international trade fairs.
• Visit clients to establish long‑term business partnerships.
• Prepare annual sales budgets and achieve sales targets.
• Handle quotations, pricing, and commercial negotiations.
• Use the CRM system to manage sales opportunities effectively.
• Coordinate with export operations teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Monitor international market developments and provide regular reports to management.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree preferably in Engineering, International Trade, Business Administration, or Economics.
• Minimum 5 years of B2B export sales experience.
• Experience in electrical, electromechanical, automation, industrial equipment, or technical product sectors.
• Excellent command of English (written and spoken); a second language (French or Arabic) is a plus.
• Proven track record in acquiring new customers and distributors.
• Active experience in international trade fairs and client visits.
• No travel restrictions.
• Strong analytical thinking, commercial acumen, negotiation, and relationship‑management skills.
• Results‑oriented, highly motivated, and responsible.
