Export Sales Executive

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Export Sales Executive to join our fast‑growing production company. The role focuses on expanding our international market for engineering thermoplastics and thermoplastic elastomers, building strong customer relationships, and driving export revenue.

Key responsibilities

• Support all direct and indirect sales activities within the assigned export territory.
• Conduct market research to identify new customers, markets, and business opportunities.
• Maintain regular contact with existing customers through visits, product demonstrations, and negotiations.
• Report customer inquiries, issues, and requests to the appropriate internal departments.
• Monitor sector and market developments to keep the sales strategy up‑to‑date.
• Prepare proposals, manage customer payments, and generate sales and payment reports.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Materials & Metallurgy preferred).
• Advanced level of English.
• 3‑5 years of export field sales experience.
• Knowledge of plastics raw materials, especially engineering thermoplastics and thermoplastic elastomers.
• Strong communication, planning, and organizational skills; team‑player attitude.
• Target‑oriented mindset with no travel restrictions.

Required skills

• Proficiency with MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Technical knowledge of engineering thermoplastics.
