Export Sales Specialist

About the role

FiShake is looking for an Export Sales Specialist to drive international growth of its herbal and plant‑based product portfolio. You will identify new markets, build relationships with importers and distributors, and manage the full export sales cycle.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and engage importers, distributors, retail chains and e‑commerce buyers in target markets, managing relationships from first contact to order.
• Build prospect lists using AI and sales automation tools, design multichannel outreach campaigns, and maintain CRM records.
• Research demand, competitors, pricing and regulatory requirements, recommending market entry priorities.
• Plan export targets, negotiate quotations, samples, prices and contracts, and coordinate logistics, customs and payment terms.
• Represent FiShake at international trade fairs, B2B meetings and product launches.

Required profile

• Experience in export sales or international business development, preferably in food, FMCG or cosmetics.
• Fluent English (minimum C1) and native‑level Turkish; residence in Kocaeli (Derince, Izmit, Başiskele, Kartepe, Körfez, Gölcük).
• Knowledge of Incoterms, international payment methods and core export documents.
• Proven track record with measurable export achievements.

Required skills

• Daily use of AI tools for market and customer research, personalized messaging and data analysis.
• Hands‑on experience with prospecting and sales automation platforms such as Apollo and Lemlist.
• Strong command of CRM systems and Microsoft Office for reporting.
