About the role
pladis is seeking a Facility Chief for its Ülker Gebze Factory in Turkey. The role ensures continuous production, manages teams, and drives operational excellence in a fast‑growing global biscuits and confectionery business.
Key responsibilities
- Monitor production continuity and compliance with the production plan.
- Distribute tasks, manage teams and support operational excellence.
- Take actions to improve productivity, quality and occupational health & safety.
- Prepare factory and machine reports and follow up audit items with action plans.
- Organise and monitor R&D trials in the factory.
Required profile
- Graduated in Food Engineering or Chemical Engineering.
- Minimum 5 years experience in food production and team management.
- Fluent in English.
Required skills
- Proficient with MS Office applications.
- Strong analytical thinking and communication abilities.
