Facility Maintenance Senior Specialist

About the role

Martur Fompak International seeks a senior specialist to lead the planning, execution, and monitoring of electrical and mechanical infrastructure projects for factories and facilities. The role involves technical leadership in new factory setups, relocations, and fire safety compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and monitor installation processes of electrical and mechanical infrastructure for factories.
• Coordinate with contractors throughout project lifecycles and provide technical leadership in facility relocation or new factory setup projects.
• Manage fire safety inspections and certification processes from inception to completion.
• Analyze faults in electrical and mechanical systems and propose corrective solutions.
• Perform technical compliance checks before and after project completion.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electrical & Electronics Engineering, or Mechatronics Engineering.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience.
• Strong command of English.
• Experience with ISO 50001, IATF 16949, ISO 14001, and Occupational Health & Safety standards.
• Hands‑on involvement in energy‑efficiency projects, transformer installations, and factory infrastructure.

Required skills

• Knowledge of ISO 50001, IATF 16949, ISO 14001 standards.
• Understanding of Occupational Health and Safety legislation.
• Expertise in transformer installation, electrical/mechanical infrastructure, and fire safety inspection processes.
• Ability to diagnose faults in construction and mechanical systems and provide technical assessments.
