Factory Human Resources Manager

About the role

We are looking for a Factory Human Resources Manager to join Kraft Heinz’s plant in Balıkesir‑Susurluk. The role partners with plant leaders to drive HR strategy, support a blue‑collar workforce and ensure compliance with legal and company standards.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with plant leaders and operational teams to develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Act as a trusted advisor on organizational design, workforce planning, employee relations, performance management and talent decisions.
• Lead talent review, succession planning and engagement initiatives for blue‑collar employees.
• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment for operations roles and oversee social compliance and audit processes.
• Coordinate HR processes for third‑party workforce, contractors and unions, and supervise administrative services such as transportation, catering and security.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Industrial Relations, Psychology, Engineering or related field.
• 8+ years of HR experience, preferably in FMCG, manufacturing or industrial environments.
• Proven experience partnering with plant leadership and managing blue‑collar workforce processes.
• Strong understanding of labor law, social compliance and manufacturing HR practices.

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Advanced English proficiency.
