Factory Logistics Assistant Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a Factory Logistics Assistant Specialist to join the Nestlé Waters team in Kestel, Bursa. The role supports warehouse operations, ensuring orders are accurately picked, packed and documented.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor incoming orders to guarantee accurate picking and packing in the warehouse.
• Prepare delivery notes, invoices and shipping documents and share them with relevant departments.
• Track warehouse receipts and dispatches, keeping system records up‑to‑date.
• Ensure compliance with hygiene, SHE (Safety, Health and Environment), 5S and GMP principles in the assigned work area.

Required profile

• University graduate.
• Strong team player with effective communication skills.
• Ability to work a rotating three‑shift schedule and perform overtime when required.

Required skills

• SHE (Safety, Health and Environment) awareness.
• Knowledge of 5S methodology.
• Understanding of GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) standards.
