About the role

The Fatura Görevlisi supports inbound and outbound warehouse operations, ensuring accurate handling of products, packaging materials, and temperature‑controlled assets. This position contributes to maintaining inventory integrity and timely shipment preparation.

Key responsibilities

• Process inbound products, packaging materials, and return assets by verifying, recording, and placing them in assigned locations.
• Prepare outbound orders by picking, packing, labeling, and staging materials according to shipment requirements.
• Monitor packaging components, gel packs, and reusable assets to maintain replenishment readiness.
• Handle temperature‑controlled materials, dry ice, and related replenishment activities to preserve required storage and transit conditions.
• Update warehouse transactions, inventory movements, and shipment documentation in operational systems and logs.
• Escalate on‑hold, damaged, non‑conforming, or not‑ready‑to‑ship materials through established procedures.

Required profile

• High School Diploma/GED or equivalent experience.
• Less than 2 years of experience in warehouse support, distribution, shipping, receiving, inventory control, or material handling.
• Ability to follow standardized warehouse procedures and work instructions.
• Capability to maintain accurate records in warehouse systems and operational logs.
• Skill in identifying discrepancies, damaged materials, and shipment exceptions.
• Capacity to manage multiple routine activities across warehouse workflows.

Required skills

• Knowledge of warehouse operations processes including receiving, storage, picking, packing, staging, and shipping.
• Understanding of inventory control practices, stock movement tracking, and material traceability.
• Familiarity with packaging materials, reusable shipping assets, and replenishment processes.
• Experience with temperature‑controlled handling and cold‑chain support requirements.
• Proficiency in shipment documentation, operational record‑keeping, and transaction processing.
