Field Sales Executive – Kars Region

About the role

We are looking for a results‑driven Field Sales Executive to lead sales activities in the Kars region for CCI, a multinational beverage company. The role focuses on achieving volume and revenue targets, expanding product penetration, and building lasting customer relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve monthly volume and revenue targets for CCI products.
• Manage and support distributors to increase market penetration.
• Develop sales with existing distributors and identify new opportunities.
• Visit key customers regularly and maintain strong, sustainable relationships.
• Identify field execution opportunities and persuade customers to adopt them.
• Provide sales execution and customer management actions to meet business goals.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics or Industrial‑Management Engineering (preferred).
• Minimum 2 years experience in the FMCG sector, preferably food or beverage.
• Strong command of English.
• Valid Class B driver’s licence and willingness to be based in Kars.
• Demonstrated ability to lead people and understand all sales functions.
