Field Sales Specialist - Erzincan

About the role

The Magnum Ice Cream Company is hiring a Field Sales Specialist in Erzincan. The role covers reaching sales targets through effective use of the company's sales budget, managing retailer agreements and product availability, and building relationships with distributors and sales points.

Key responsibilities

• Reach sales targets by using the company budget to develop sales operations
• Arrange business agreements with retailers at the start of each season opening
• Monitor sales data, market trends and customer needs, and report weekly on activity and business evolution
• Manage the right mix and variety of products for the right customers using channel analysis
• Set product availability, optimal number of NPDs, price displays, promotions and visual merchandising so retailers become perfect stores
• Build relationships with distributors and sales points to Magnum standards
• Optimize routes and set weekly visit frequencies, and control warehouse stocks by expiry date while keeping distributor stock at appropriate levels
• Communicate data-driven insights from the external market to create tangible value for the organization

Required profile

• University degree; a degree in business studies is an advantage
• Demonstrable, successful sales track record and proven ability to meet sales quotas
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, good presentation skills
• Good command of English preferred

Required skills

• Good technical background in the product area is desirable
