About the role
The Field Service Engineer at Videojet Technologies supports customers by installing, commissioning, maintaining and repairing Videojet equipment. The position is based in Adana, Turkey and involves travel across the country.
Key responsibilities
- Install and commission new Videojet solutions at customer sites.
- Maintain and service the installed base of Videojet equipment.
- Collaborate with the sales team to support product trials and demonstrations.
- Develop and sustain customer relationships through excellent service and communication.
Required profile
- 2‑3 years of field service experience in the marking and coding, industrial automation or related industry.
- Proven ability to exceed personal performance targets.
- Willingness to travel throughout Turkey.
- Preferably fluent in written and spoken English.
Required skills
- Experience with automation systems and PLC communication.
- Strong troubleshooting and technical repair skills.
