About the role
Provide best‑in‑class field service at customer sites, representing VTS brands and handling activities from planned maintenance to troubleshooting and commissioning.
Key responsibilities
- Perform preventive maintenance according to guidelines and SOPs using supplied tools.
- Build customer relationships, identify business opportunities and generate leads for the sales team.
- Offer technical support via phone or on‑site troubleshooting and prepare daily service reports.
- Collaborate with internal teams to find optimal solutions for breakdowns and customer‑specific situations.
Required profile
- Proactive attitude with strong customer focus.
- Ability to conduct risk assessments, follow safety and decontamination procedures, and use required PPE.
Required skills
- Troubleshooting and diagnostic skills.
- Preventive maintenance execution.
