Field Service Engineer (Turkey)

About the role

JBT Marel seeks a hands‑on Field Service Engineer to deliver technical expertise across Turkey and the wider EMEA region. You will install, maintain, troubleshoot and optimise advanced food‑processing equipment, ensuring high performance and reliability for customers.

Key responsibilities

• Carry out installation, commissioning, maintenance and repair activities at customer sites across Turkey and EMEA.
• Troubleshoot complex mechanical and electrical issues on advanced processing equipment.
• Perform preventive maintenance and inspections to maximise equipment uptime.
• Provide operational, maintenance and technical guidance to customers and deliver training to operators.
• Prepare accurate service reports, technical documentation and recommend spare parts or upgrades.
• Support larger installation and upgrade projects across the EMEA region when required.

Required profile

• Hands‑on, solution‑oriented engineer with a proactive, customer‑focused mindset.
• Strong mechanical troubleshooting skills combined with electrical knowledge.
• Ability to work independently, manage priorities and travel extensively across Turkey and EMEA.
• Excellent communication skills in Turkish and good English (written and spoken).
• Valid driving licence and passport.
