Field Support Responsible

About the role

The Field Support Responsible will act as the primary liaison between Bosch Home Comfort and its network of sub‑dealers, wholesalers and service points in the assigned region. You will travel to partner locations, educate staff on product features and loyalty programmes, and ensure a high level of service quality for end‑users.

Key responsibilities

• Visit sub‑dealers, wholesalers and service points on a regular basis.
• Present and promote the Bosch Home Comfort product portfolio, highlighting key features and usage guidance.
• Explain and drive participation in Bosch Loyalty Programs and new member acquisition.
• Communicate current campaigns and activities planned by Bosch Home Comfort.
• Follow up on dealer demands, complaints and regional needs.
• Support market surveys at the sub‑dealer level, gathering trends and volume data.
• Monitor and report compliance with loyalty‑club contract conditions.
• Assist wholesalers with local campaign execution and member engagement.

Required profile

• Minimum associate’s or bachelor’s degree.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Strong problem‑solving orientation.

Required skills

• Proficiency with basic Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
