Finance & Accounting Specialist

About the role

Buhler Group Türkiye is seeking a proactive Finance & Accounting Specialist to manage accounting, tax, and finance operations, support month‑end close, and assist the Finance Manager with reporting and compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily treasury operations, cash positioning, liquidity planning and banking relationships.
• Execute vendor payments, employee expense reimbursements and record daily bank transactions in the ERP system.
• Monitor accounts receivable aging, issue customer invoices and ensure timely collections.
• Prepare and submit monthly, quarterly and annual tax declarations and coordinate with the Finance Manager.
• Maintain fixed‑asset records, calculate monthly depreciation and perform balance‑sheet reconciliations.
• Support month‑end close activities and preparation of financial reports in line with IFRS/Swiss GAAP and local regulations.
• Coordinate internal and external audit activities.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant finance and accounting experience; audit‑firm background preferred.
• Fluency in English and residence in or willingness to relocate to İzmir.

Required skills

• Active user of Logo‑Netsis 3 Standard and SAP.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
