Finance Business Partner

About the role

Otis is seeking a Finance Business Partner for its Buga manufacturing site in Beylikdüzü, Istanbul. You will act as a trusted advisor to management, driving financial performance, budgeting, and process improvements.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and develop the Controlling team.
• Provide analyses, reporting, and recommendations to support the site’s financial strategy.
• Own the annual budgeting and financial planning process, focusing on personnel and operating costs.
• Conduct profitability and cost analyses with Business Unit Managers and monitor improvement initiatives.
• Prepare and present KPIs, financial results, and project updates to national and international stakeholders.
• Optimize existing controlling and finance processes and implement new solutions.
• Support timely preparation of financial statements in accordance with Turkish GAAP and US GAAP.
• Collaborate with international Finance teams, Supply Chain, Quality, Engineering, IT, and Buga Factory leadership.
• Lead business projects, process improvements, and organizational development within Finance.
• Oversee financial and commercial management of subcontractors, including budgeting, cost tracking, invoice validation, and performance monitoring.
• Maintain intercompany pricing structures for the factory product portfolio.

Required profile

• University degree in Business Administration, Finance, Controlling or comparable qualification.
• Several years of Controlling experience with proven leadership in a manufacturing or international environment.
• Strong knowledge of Turkish GAAP and US GAAP accounting principles.
• Fluent Turkish and very good English communication skills, both written and spoken.

Required skills

• High proficiency in Microsoft 365 applications, especially Excel.
• Experience with ERP systems.
• Knowledge of Power BI is an advantage.
