Finance Manager

About the role

The Finance Manager will lead day‑to‑day financial operations, support strategic growth projects and provide clear financial insights to the founders and investors.

Key responsibilities

• Manage cash flow, payments, receivables and bank transactions across all locations.
• Prepare and monitor monthly, quarterly and annual budgets, forecasts and performance reports.
• Track revenue, operating expenses, COGS, profitability and cash flow for each business unit.
• Analyse budget vs. actual performance, identify variances and recommend actions.
• Develop financial models for new store openings, investments and product development.
• Oversee supplier payments, collections and working‑capital requirements.
• Coordinate accounting, tax, payroll and compliance with external partners.
• Support pricing, gross‑margin and profitability analysis for products and events.
• Prepare management reporting and presentations for founders, management and investors.
• Establish and improve internal controls, reporting systems and finance processes as the company scales.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Accounting or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in finance, financial planning, accounting or a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of budgeting, cash‑flow management, financial reporting and profitability analysis.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, multi‑location, rapidly growing business environment.
• Excellent organisational, analytical and communication skills.
• Professional working proficiency in English.
• Experience in F&B, retail, hospitality or multi‑branch operations is a strong plus.
