Finance Manager

About the role

The Finance Manager – Turkey provides strategic and operational financial leadership for the company’s Turkey business, safeguarding financial integrity and enabling sustainable growth.

Key responsibilities

• Act as senior finance partner to the Turkey leadership team, translating strategy into financial plans and measurable outcomes.
• Lead annual budgeting, forecasting, long‑range planning, scenario analysis and performance reviews.
• Provide timely, decision‑focused management reporting on revenue, margins, expenses, working capital and cash flow.
• Oversee month‑end, quarter‑end and year‑end closing, ensuring accurate records, reconciliations and compliance with Group reporting requirements.
• Ensure compliance with Turkish statutory accounting, tax, invoicing, payroll‑finance interfaces, audit and regulatory obligations.
• Maintain a strong internal control environment with clear delegation of authority and audit‑ready documentation.
• Lead treasury and liquidity management, including cash forecasting, banking relationships and foreign‑exchange exposure monitoring.
• Partner with cross‑functional teams on pricing, contracts, investments and business cases.
• Drive working‑capital improvements through disciplined management of receivables, payables and billing accuracy.
• Identify and mitigate financial and operational risks, coordinating practical mitigation plans.
• Lead, coach and develop the Turkey finance team, fostering a culture of ownership and continuous improvement.
• Improve finance processes, data quality, reporting automation and the effective use of ERP, planning and business intelligence tools.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration or related field.
• Professional finance or accounting qualification preferred.
• Significant progressive finance leadership experience, preferably leading a country finance function in Turkey within a multinational organization.
• Strong knowledge of Turkish statutory accounting and tax requirements.
• Experience managing audits, improving controls and supporting business growth.
• Fluency in Turkish and strong professional English.

• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• Experience with reporting and analytics tools.
