Finance Manager

About the role

The Finance Manager will lead the finance and accounting function, overseeing credit, treasury, and reporting activities while ensuring compliance with regulations and supporting the Group Budget teams.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain relationships and negotiate with domestic and international banks and financial institutions.
• Oversee credit, leasing, and other financing processes, ensuring effective use of financing resources.
• Monitor foreign exchange and interest rate risks and implement mitigation measures.
• Coordinate cash flow, collections, payments, and working capital activities.
• Oversee general accounting processes and ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards and regulations.
• Oversee financial reporting and analysis.
• Coordinate budgeting and financial forecasting processes with Group Budget teams.
• Provide guidance on internal financial controls and regulatory compliance.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Banking and Finance, International Finance, Econometrics, or a related field.
• 8–9 years of experience in finance and accounting, including team management.
• Knowledge and experience in export operations and trade finance processes.
• Advanced knowledge of credit and financing instruments, treasury and cash management, banking relationships, bank guarantees, letters of credit, and Eximbank loans.
• Strong analytical and decision‑making skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics ERP.
• Fluent in English.
