Finance Specialist – Corporate Accounting and Cash Management

About the role

The company is looking for a finance specialist to ensure that the day-to-day accounting and financial transactions of its group companies are recorded fully and accurately, to monitor cash flow, manage current accounts and make sure financial reporting is done correctly.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day corporate financial operations, including cash flow forecasting and liquidity management.
• Track bank accounts daily, execute fund transfers (EFT/Wire) and perform regular bank reconciliations.
• Monitor accounts receivable and accounts payable, ensuring timely collections and payments.
• Manage financial instruments such as checks, promissory notes, bank loans and letters of guarantee.
• Support the annual budgeting process and assist in financial variance analysis.
• Prepare regular financial reports, balance sheets and cash flow analysis for senior management.
• Coordinate with external auditors, tax advisors and financial institutions to ensure regulatory compliance.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics, business administration or a related field.
• At least 3 years of proven experience in corporate finance, cash management or accounting operations.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and detail-oriented skills; ability to work in collaborative teams.
• Professional command of written and spoken English.

Required skills

• Proficiency in banking operations, cash flow tracking, credit management and reconciliation.
• Advanced knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel.
• Hands-on experience with ERP/accounting software.
