Finance Specialist

About the role

Zorlu Energy is looking for a Finance Specialist to join its growing finance team. The role focuses on treasury operations, cash‑flow management, and financial reporting to support strategic decision‑making within the company’s energy projects.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily treasury operations, including cash management and payment planning.
• Execute domestic and international payment transactions accurately and on time.
• Prepare and monitor daily, weekly, and monthly cash‑flow forecasts and liquidity reports.
• Maintain banking relationships, oversee bank transactions, and coordinate bank guarantee processes.
• Prepare financial analyses, reports, and management presentations for strategic decisions.
• Manage loan facilities, financing transactions, and related documentation.
• Monitor financial risks, recommend actions to optimise cash flow and liquidity.
• Coordinate with internal departments, auditors, banks, and other financial institutions.
• Support SAP S/4HANA development and finance transformation initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, financial procedures, and internal controls.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in finance, treasury, financial reporting or corporate finance.
• Strong analytical thinking, problem‑solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills in English.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Knowledge of ERP systems.
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA.
