Finance Specialist

About the role

Based at NOKSEL's Ankara headquarters, the Finance Specialist supports daily finance operations, handling banking transactions, cash flow, collections, payments, loan activities and financial reconciliations. The role ensures accurate financial records and contributes to process improvements through SAP.

Key responsibilities

• Enter and record bank transactions in SAP.
• Create, classify and follow up on bank payment instructions.
• Review bank statements and record daily balances.
• Record customer collection transactions and perform reconciliations.
• Conduct payment and collection balance controls.
• Monitor bank loans, repayments and maintain related records.
• Maintain letters of guarantee and credit in SAP.
• Communicate with banks regarding receipts, statements and SWIFT messages.
• Monitor and record credit card sales collections.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, International Trade or related field.
• 2‑3 years of finance or accounting experience.
• Knowledge of SAP and proficient use of MS Office, especially Excel.
• Understanding of chart of accounts, foreign exchange transactions and tax regulations.
• For male candidates, completed military service.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and communication skills.
• Effective time‑management, planning and organizational abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, high‑pressure environment and no travel restrictions.
