Finance Supervisor

About the role

The Finance Supervisor will manage day‑to‑day finance operations, ensuring effective cash management, banking relationships, and compliance across multiple locations.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily finance operations including cash flow, payments, collections and banking transactions.
• Oversee accounts payable/receivable, supplier processes, employee salary payments and statutory obligations.
• Prepare financial reports, support budgeting, forecasting and financial planning.
• Handle foreign trade finance, IBKB processes and foreign currency transactions.
• Lead a finance team, allocate tasks, monitor workloads and coordinate activities across locations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration or related field.
• Minimum 10 years of finance operations experience and at least 2 years of team‑management experience.
• Hands‑on experience with cash flow management, banking operations, leasing, and import/export finance.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and stakeholder‑management skills.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel.
• Proficiency with MS Office.
• Fluent English, both written and spoken.
