Finance Supervisor

About the role

The Finance Supervisor supports the direction and administration of all hotel financial operations, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and delivering memorable guest experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in executing financial strategy, optimizing profitability and efficiency.
• Review financial performance, reconcile accounts and prepare recommendations for leadership.
• Oversee Accounts Receivable, Credit and Night Audit functions while maintaining internal controls.
• Lead preparation and review of monthly financial statements and support internal audits.
• Review and authorize ledger reconciliations, tax filings and payroll.
• Supervise, coach and mentor the finance team, conducting performance evaluations.

• Ability to work with urgency and discipline.

Required skills

• Experience with financial reporting and month‑end close processes.
• Knowledge of accounts receivable, credit management and night audit procedures.
• Familiarity with internal audit support and compliance requirements.
