Financial Affairs Manager

About the role

We are seeking a Financial Affairs Manager for Aksa BESS, the energy‑storage subsidiary of Aksa Power Generation, located in Çerkezköy, Tekirdağ. The role will lead all finance, accounting and treasury functions and support the execution of battery‑energy‑storage projects.

Key responsibilities

• Manage finance, accounting, budgeting, treasury, tax and financial reporting activities for the company.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports and ensure data accuracy.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting and financial planning processes, monitoring performance against targets.
• Monitor project revenues, costs, profitability and cash flow for BESS projects.
• Oversee cash flow, working capital, banking relationships and financing activities.
• Ensure compliance with tax regulations, statutory reporting and internal controls.
• Support project, procurement and business teams with financial analysis, cost control and investment evaluations.
• Coordinate internal and external audits and drive continuous improvement of financial processes.
• Collaborate with Aksa Power Generation finance teams to align with group policies and reporting standards.
• Lead and develop the finance team while providing strategic recommendations to senior management.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration or a related field.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in finance, accounting, budgeting, reporting and treasury management.
• Experience in energy, renewable energy, manufacturing, EPC or project‑based industries is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, cash‑flow management and financial analysis.
• Experience with project cost control, profitability analysis and investment evaluation.
• Good knowledge of tax regulations, statutory reporting requirements and internal control systems.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken, and ability to work with international teams.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as required.
