About the role
The Financial Affairs Manager will lead accounting and financial reporting activities, drive budgeting and forecasting processes, and provide insightful financial analysis to support business decisions.
Key responsibilities
- Manage day‑to‑day accounting, month‑end and year‑end closing, and financial reporting.
- Lead annual budgeting, periodic forecasts and financial planning, monitoring variances against budget.
- Oversee cost accounting, cost control and cost analysis, identifying cost‑saving opportunities.
- Prepare detailed management reports, KPI dashboards and financial analyses.
- Coordinate financial planning with business units and support internal/external audits.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business Administration or related field.
- Minimum 7 years of experience in accounting, budgeting, financial controlling or cost controlling.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, cost accounting and financial reporting.
Required skills
- Hands‑on experience with SAP FI/CO modules.
- Advanced Excel for financial analysis.
