About the role
The Financial Control Supervisor will lead financial reporting, budgeting, cost control and accounting processes for a manufacturing client, ensuring accurate financial performance and compliance.
Key responsibilities
- Monitor budget preparation, realization and cash flow management.
- Prepare regular financial reports and analyses for management.
- Conduct cost analyses and recommend improvements.
- Coordinate monthly and period‑end closing and support audit processes.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance or related field.
- At least 8 years of finance, accounting or controlling experience in manufacturing.
- Advanced English proficiency and, for male candidates, completed military service.
- Residence in or willingness to relocate to the Tekirdağ region.
Required skills
- Strong command of SAP FI/CO.
- Proficiency with MS Office applications.
- Solid experience in budgeting, cost accounting and financial reporting.
- Knowledge of IFRS and internal control/audit processes.
