Financial Controller – Central Europe

About the role

As the Financial Controller for the Central Europe region, you will support financial performance, forecasting, reporting, governance and business planning across multiple countries. You will work within a collaborative regional finance team, providing insights and ensuring consistent financial visibility.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the regional forecasting cycle, partner with country finance teams, analyse results and identify trends.
• Produce regular and ad‑hoc management reports, presentations and analysis for regional, divisional and global stakeholders.
• Partner with country finance teams to strengthen financial controls, support compliance with group reporting standards and contribute to monthly controlling reviews.
• Identify and implement process improvements, support new system adoption and contribute to automation initiatives.
• Build strong partnerships with country finance teams, regional leadership and corporate functions to support cross‑functional decision making.

Required profile

• Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, Engineering or related discipline.
• Experience in financial planning & analysis, financial control or reporting, preferably in regional or multi‑country environments.
• Knowledge of IFRS, forecasting, budgeting and performance analysis.
