Financial Controller

About the role

Astemo is looking for a Financial Controller to join its Bursa plant. You will work in a cross‑functional environment, supporting the company’s strategic goals and contributing to globally relevant mobility projects.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the budgeting process for revenue and costs, ensuring templates are completed and aligned with organizational goals.
• Manage the forecasting process, preparing and following up on forecast templates.
• Oversee actual reporting, including preparation, analysis, and implementation.
• Monitor and report balance‑sheet items for budget, forecast, and actual results.
• Support profitability and working‑capital targets.
• Conduct financial analyses, identify cost‑saving opportunities, and allocate costs.
• Prepare financial summaries, reports, and recommendations.
• Coordinate Group Audit, IFRS Audit, Internal Audit, and J‑SOX compliance.
• Handle actual and standard costing in SAP and ensure timely completion of tasks.

Required profile

• Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role.
• Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and SAP.
• Fluent English communication skills.
• Ability to meet tight deadlines, prioritize workload, and work with an analytical mindset.
• Strong business sense and attention to detail.
