Financial Controller

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Finance Business Partner with strong controlling expertise to drive financial performance and strategic decision‑making for a cluster of five business sites across two countries. The role will be based remotely in Turkey with occasional visits to our Çine office.

Key responsibilities

• Lead cluster‑level financial planning, budgeting and forecasting, and deliver monthly performance reviews with variance analysis.
• Monitor manufacturing cost structures, standard costing, variances and inventory valuation, and lead cost‑reduction initiatives.
• Support capital investment decisions through business case analysis and ROI modelling.
• Prepare and present timely financial reports to local and corporate stakeholders while ensuring compliance with IFRS, GAAP and internal controls.
• Participate in strategic projects such as automation, expansion and ERP upgrades.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics or related field.
• Approximately 5 years of finance experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of IFRS and group reporting.
• Advanced proficiency in English and Turkish, both written and spoken.
• Proactive, target‑oriented mindset with solid business acumen.
• Willingness to travel intermittently to the Çine office.

Required skills

• Advanced MS Excel and PowerPoint.
• SAP ERP.
• Tagetik or similar consolidation tool.
• Power BI (plus).
