Financial Planning & Analysis Manager

About the role
The Financial Planning & Analysis Manager will support Abbott's Established Pharmaceuticals Division in Istanbul, driving financial planning, budgeting, and analysis for a portfolio of branded generic medicines across multiple therapeutic areas.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare the yearly financial plan and quarterly Latest Best Estimate, covering expenditure, profit, headcount, and cash flow.
- Lead month‑end closing activities in collaboration with Finance and Operations stakeholders.
- Partner with the commercial team on budgeting, long‑range business plans, and financial forecasting.
- Perform profitability analysis on products, produce brand P&L reports, and identify gaps between forecasts and commitments.
- Manage capital expenditure requests, maintain CAPEX budgets, and assess investment feasibility using NPV and IRR calculations.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration or Economics.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a Finance department.
- Good command of both written and spoken English.
- Solid analytical and problem‑solving skills.
