Financial Planning and Analysis Manager

About the role

The Financial Planning and Analysis Manager will lead financial analysis, budgeting and forecasting for IPEKYOL GROUP, supporting strategic decisions across brands and channels.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze revenue, cost structures and profitability, including promotion impacts.
• Monitor key financial metrics such as seasonal distribution, brand mix, channel mix and store performance.
• Lead the annual budgeting process aligned with strategic objectives.
• Develop and maintain forecasts for brands and channels based on sales trends and market conditions.
• Prepare regular variance reports and provide actionable recommendations.
• Collaborate with CFO, sales, procurement and operations to validate assumptions and optimize resource allocation.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or related field.
• At least 10 years of experience in financial planning, analysis and reporting, preferably in retail or multinational environment.
• Strong knowledge of IFRS, budgeting, forecasting and financial modeling.
• Proficiency in English, both spoken and written.
