Financial Planning and Analysis Specialist (FP&A)

About the role

Grafton, a Gi Group brand with over 40 years of recruitment experience in Europe, is recruiting a Financial Analyst (FP&A Analyst) on behalf of its multinational client based in Ankara. The role covers financial modelling, forecasting, budgeting and reporting, working closely with management.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, maintain and improve financial models, forecasts and budgets to support profitable and strategic growth.
• Analyse variances between actuals and forecasts, identifying risks and opportunities to support decision-making and strategic planning.
• Support month-end and quarter-end financial reporting, ensuring compliance with internal and external standards.
• Work cross-functionally to gather financial data, explain performance drivers and help meet financial targets.
• Prepare clear management reports and presentations for senior leadership.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or a related field.
• At least 3 years of FP&A or relevant finance experience, preferably in the manufacturing industry.
• Proactive, analytical and detail-oriented, with strong communication skills and the ability to turn analysis into actionable recommendations.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel and financial modelling.
• ERP experience (preferably SAP) is highly valued.
• Working knowledge of IFRS and SOX is a strong advantage.
