Financial Reporting Senior Specialist

About the role

Join a global leader in elevator and escalator manufacturing as a Financial Reporting Senior Specialist. You will support financial planning, forecasting, budgeting, management reporting, and business performance analysis while acting as a trusted business partner.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare monthly management reports, variance analyses, and financial performance reviews.
• Coordinate annual budgeting and monthly forecasting processes.
• Analyze revenue, margin, operating expenses, cash flow, and key business drivers.
• Support month‑end and quarter‑end financial review activities and business leaders in operational performance.
• Develop financial models, scenario analyses, and monitor actual results against budget and forecast.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in financial controlling, budgeting or reporting.
• Strong analytical, communication and problem‑solving skills.
• Self‑driven, detail‑oriented and highly organized.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel skills.
• Proficiency with MS Office applications.
• Experience with ERP systems (e.g., JDE Edwards, Hyperion) – advantage.
• Knowledge of Business Intelligence tools – advantage.
• Understanding of IFRS; familiarity with US GAAP – advantage.
