About the role

The Finance Manager will safeguard the hotel’s assets and financial resources, ensuring they are used efficiently to maximise operating results. Working closely with the executive team, you will provide timely, accurate financial information to support profitable and compliant hotel operations.

Key responsibilities

• Apply Kempinski policies, procedures and the Management Agreement.
• Mentor and develop finance staff.
• Co‑create the annual business plan with the General Manager and Executive Committee.
• Lead monthly P&L meetings and monitor revenues and expenses.
• Optimise cash position and prepare accurate monthly forecasts and financial reports.
• Review and sign balance‑sheet reconciliations each month.
• Identify new business opportunities for the hotel.
• Maintain contracts, leases, licences, insurance policies and other legal/financial documents.
• Manage relationships with owners, external partners and auditors, acting on audit recommendations.

Required profile

• BA/BSc in Finance, Accounting or related field, or CPA/ACA/ACCA or MBA (Finance).
• Minimum 3 years experience as a financial controller, preferably in a 5‑star hotel chain.
• Fluent oral and written Turkish and English.
• Ability to work independently, handle pressure and propose proactive solutions.
• Strong organisational and time‑management abilities.

Required skills

• High proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
