About the role

The Financial Manager is responsible for safeguarding hotel assets and financial resources, providing timely and accurate information to the executive team, and ensuring the hotel operates profitably within legal and corporate guidelines.

Key responsibilities

• Develop the annual business plan with the General Manager and Executive Committee.
• Conduct monthly P&L meetings and monitor revenues and expenses.
• Prepare and submit accurate monthly forecasts and financial reports.
• Review cash position and optimise fund usage.
• Maintain contracts, lease agreements, licenses, insurance policies and other legal documents.
• Act as the main contact for auditors and implement audit recommendations.

Required profile

• BA/BSc in finance, accounting or related field, or CPA/ACA/ACCA or MBA (Financial).
• 3+ years experience as a financial controller, preferably in a 5‑star hotel chain.
• Fluent oral and written Turkish and English.
• Ability to work independently, under pressure and provide proactive solutions.
• Strong organisational and time‑management skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
• Knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP), PCI DSS, local regulations and taxation.
• Experience with financial reporting, forecasting and budgeting.
