About the role
The Fleet Contact Engineer will work with our automotive client to collect and analyse tire data, support fleet customers and identify sales opportunities.
Key responsibilities
- Obtain tire measurement data (tread depth, pressure, wear pictures) for analysis.
- Create snapshots of tire and vehicle status to spot improvement potential.
- Visit fleets regularly and prepare reports for technical and sales teams.
- Act as the primary contact for fleet services.
- Provide technical training and support for digital solution installations.
- Support life‑cycle management processes with technical expertise.
Required profile
- Bachelor's degree in an engineering discipline.
- New graduate or up to 1 year of relevant experience.
- Fluent written and spoken English and native‑level Turkish.
- Strong analytical, problem‑solving and communication skills.
- High sense of responsibility.
Required skills
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
