Fleet Sales Leader

About the role

Otokoç Automotive, part of the Koç Group, is looking for a Sales Leader for its fleet business in Istanbul. The role leads branch fleet sales, sets monthly targets and works with the Service Department to deliver vehicles to fleet customers.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure monthly achievement of annual sales, turnover and profitability targets in line with company policy.
• Guide branch fleet sales staff in setting monthly targets, customer visit programmes and activities, and follow business results.
• Coordinate with the Service Department so that sales collections are made on time and in full.
• Acquire new fleet customers by analysing internal and external data, and keep customer information up to date in the database.
• Organise periodic visits to potential customers and prepare tailored offers.
• Take part in tenders, including preparing technical specifications early on.
• Coordinate with distributors for vehicle procurement and with manufacturers on custom-made vehicles.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree, preferably in Business Administration, Finance or Economics.
• At least 5 years of experience in the automotive industry, including 3 years in fleet sales.
• Managerial skills and ability to think rationally and build systems.
• Knowledge of vehicle sales techniques and business and finance.
• Excellent written and spoken English.

Required skills

• Excellent knowledge of MS Office applications.
