Floor Manager – 40h per week

About the role

The Floor Manager leads the store floor, ensuring an inspiring environment that drives sales and delivers memorable customer experiences. You will work closely with the Store Manager and a dedicated team to uphold brand standards and operational excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver high‑level customer service through expert styling advice, strong product knowledge and an engaging store experience.
• Analyse sales data with the Store Manager to maximise department performance.
• Lead, motivate and develop a team of Sales Advisors, ensuring service and presentation standards are met.
• Support recruitment, onboarding and training of new team members.
• Oversee daily store operations, ensuring efficiency and alignment with brand standards.
• Act as brand ambassador and step in as Store Manager when required.

Required profile

• Previous retail experience, preferably in fashion, with solid knowledge of store operations and standards.
• Customer‑focused, strong communication skills in English and Turkish, and a passion for the product range.
• Adaptable, able to work varied hours including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Proven team‑leadership abilities and analytical thinking regarding retail KPIs.
