About the role
Hyatt is seeking a motivated Food & Beverage Team Leader to deliver courteous, professional and efficient service to guests. In this role you will support the outlet’s operating concept, uphold the brand promise and ensure compliance with Hyatt International standards.
Key responsibilities
- Lead the Food & Beverage team to provide flexible, high‑quality service.
- Maintain service standards that reflect Hyatt’s brand values.
- Coordinate daily operations to ensure smooth guest experiences.
- Monitor and improve operational efficiency and guest satisfaction.
Required profile
- Relevant degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism Management.
- Previous work experience in hotel operations.
- Excellent command of English.
Required skills
- Fluent English communication.
