About the role

Join Hilton’s vibrant team at Istanbul Airport and become the face of hospitality for every guest. As a Food & Drink Server you will create memorable dining experiences, bringing warmth and a smile to each interaction.

Key responsibilities

Welcome guests with an upbeat, friendly attitude and look for ways to enhance their meal experience.
Master the menu, promotions and specials to answer guest questions confidently.
Take food and beverage orders, input them accurately into the point‑of‑sale (POS) system, and deliver orders promptly.
Maintain a clean, fully stocked and organized service station throughout the shift.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, sanitation and alcohol‑service regulations.

Required profile

Passion for delivering exceptional hospitality.
Integrity, teamwork and a strong sense of ownership.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced, guest‑focused environment.
Willingness to follow and uphold Hilton’s core values.

Required skills

Point‑of‑sale (POS) system operation.
Knowledge of food safety, sanitation and alcohol awareness standards.
