Front Desk Agent – Hotel Reception

About the role

As a Front Desk Agent you will be the first point of contact for guests at Conrad Istanbul Bosphorus, delivering warm welcomes and ensuring smooth arrivals and departures. You will help create memorable experiences by combining attentive service with detailed knowledge of the hotel and its surroundings.

Key responsibilities

• Greet guests, complete check‑in procedures, verify details, assign rooms, issue keys and provide welcome materials or bell‑service assistance.
• Process check‑out efficiently, verify charges, handle payments, issue receipts and operate the point‑of‑sale system accurately.
• Maintain comprehensive knowledge of hotel offerings, room types, rates, promotions and local attractions to answer guest inquiries.
• Promote hotel amenities and services through up‑selling techniques to maximize revenue.
• Respond promptly to guest requests, resolve concerns with care and urgency, and manage communications effectively.
